Featuring Beamer and Reflex looking very surprised, the non-matching cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The hand-painted overlay and background represent actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the film. Measuring 10.5"x22" overall, the setup is in good condition with minor handling wear and some paint damage to the character cel layer.
